توليفة من مادة أحادى جلوتامات الصوديوم ومجموعة من التوابل يتوافر فيها الطعم المقبول والفعالية البيولوجية فى الحماية من الأعراض المرضية التى يسببها مادة أحادى جلوتامات الصوديوم. كما روعى أن تتناسب مع المألوف من التوابل وإضافتها بالتركيزات والنوعيات الفعالة والتى تناسب المستهلك بحيث لا تؤثر على الذوق العام للمستهلك ومدى قابليته للمنتج النهائى. هذه التوليفية تم اجراء جميع التحاليل اللازمة للتأكد من سلامتها الصحية وتأثيرها فى الحماية وقبولها من المستهلك.كما تم الحصول على براءة اختراح ممنوحة من أكاديمية البحث العلمى والتكنولوجىا برقم31401/2024 وهى جاهزة الأن للانتاج والتسويق.

A formula of monosodium glutamate and a group of spices that offers an acceptable taste and biological effectiveness in protecting against the adverse effects of monosodium glutamate. Spices were chosen carefully to ensure that it is compatible with conventional spices used by Egyptian population and that they are added at effective concentrations and types that suit the consumer, without affecting the general taste of the consumer and their acceptance of the final product This formula has undergone all necessary tests to ensure its health safety, protective effect, and consumer acceptance. A patent was obtained from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, No. 31401/2024, and it is now ready for production and marketing.
